  • Standard age (up to 80 years)

Antique Inspection – $800 or Cash or check discount $825

  • Standard size (up to 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2500 sq. feet)

  • Homes more than 80 years old are considered antique

Condo Inspection – $575 or Cash or check discount $550

  • Standard size (up to 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1300 sq. feet)

  • Standard age (up to 80 years)

For all inspections, if the home/condo is larger than standard, the price will increase.
